What we provide: Career guidance, housing navigation assistance, and life-skills coaching.

What we do not provide: Legal representation, medical treatment, or guaranteed placement in third-party programs.

3. Application & Information Accuracy

Honesty is the first step toward a second chance. All information provided during the intake or application process must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of services or denial of your application.

4. Code of Conduct

We foster an environment of mutual respect. Clients are expected to engage with staff and fellow participants with professionalism and courtesy.

Zero Tolerance: Any acts of violence, harassment, illegal activity, or the use of illicit substances during sessions or on-site will result in immediate dismissal from our programs.

5. Financial Commitments

Clients are responsible for timely payments as outlined in their specific consulting or service agreement. Failure to meet these financial obligations may result in a suspension of services, late fees, or administrative discharge from the program.

6. Termination of Services

Alpha Second Chance Consultants reserves the right to terminate a professional relationship if a client:

Repeatedly violates the agreed-upon code of conduct.

Fails to adhere to the financial terms of their agreement.

Engages in behavior that jeopardizes the safety or reputation of the organization.

7. Website & Digital Use

Our digital platforms must be used for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized attempts to scrape data, submit fraudulent forms, or interfere with website security may lead to a permanent ban from our services and potential legal recourse.

8. Updates to Terms
